FlareGunSales Shipping Policy
FLAREGUNSALES shipping and handling is calculated based on the merchandise total of your order. All packages are shipped via UPS or USPS. Most orders will ship from our warehouse the same day or next business day. An additional $10.00 will be charged to all orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses. There will be an additional charge of $3.00 applied to all items over 40” long (these are referred to as oversized items). The FLAREGUNSALES website is designed to automatically calculate the shipping & handling, for your convenience we have included the chart below for your reference.
All orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please, allow 24-48 hours processing time and 7-10 business days to receive your in-stock merchandise.
If you notice that one of the items that you want to purchase is currently out of stock, there will be a date listed next to the product stating when we will be receiving the product back in stock. This time frame is an estimate, and is solely dependent on when the manufacturer ships the products to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide exact arrival dates for specific items.
You may place the backordered item on your order along with the items we do have in stock. The items we do currently have in stock will ship immediately and we will ship your backordered item(s) as soon as we receive them.
Need your order fast? Try one of our express delivery services. All express orders placed before 1 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday- Friday are shipped same day. Please note that orders will not be shipped or delivered on non-business days. Express orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPOs. International Shipping is available (see below)

Prepaying Duty & Taxes / Guaranteed Landed Cost
In many cases, you’ll be given the opportunity to prepay your duties and taxes for your order. Doing this allows you to pay for your entire order upon checkout with a guarantee that you won’t be charged any VAT, duty, taxes or other shipping or customs related fees after your order is complete. Depending on your country and your order value, your order may already be under the deminimus value (the minimum amount at which local taxes are required). In such cases, no duty or tax fees are assessed.
Restricted Items
Some items on the FlareGunSales website may be restricted from purchase, ownership or possession in your city, county, state or country. It is the buyers responsibility to check all applicable laws prior to purchase. If you are confident that you can purchase, own or import specific restricted goods, or have a permit to import them, into your country you can contact our customer service department to make those items available for you to purchase.
Shipping Options
International orders may be shipped via any of the major carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx or Post. In order to facilitate the order process, you’ll be given several shipping options based on the amount of time the order will take to arrive. Please note that all delivery times are listed in business days (Monday through Friday) so you’ll want to take this into consideration when selecting your shipping method. Most shipping carriers do not ship on major holidays.
Undeliverable Merchandise
In the event that any items shipped by Flare Gun Sales cannot be delivered the buyer will be responsible for several expenses & fees. Examples include but not limited to: International orders that don’t clear customs do to import restrictions, delivery is made and customer refuses to take delivery, Buyer provided an incorrect shipping address ECT. There will be a twenty five (25) % restocking fee. In addition to restocking fee the buyer will/is responsible for all shipping cost to include cost to return merchandise too seller. Do your due diligence regarding owning, possessing and importing of flare pistols prior to purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check your local, state and country laws and regulations prior to purchase. Please make sure all information is accurate at the time order is placed.
