This is the largest and most powerful rocket that Pains Wessex offers. The Pains Wessex MK3 Parachute Red Rocket Flare is designed to withstand exceptional environmental exposure and to perform reliably even after immersion in water. This day or night long-range distress signal ejects a red flare on a parachute at (1000ft), burning for 40 seconds at 30,000 candelas and visible up to 30 miles. Dates on these flares are 2009.

Great for survival use on your boat or while hiking in the mountains or the desert or anywhere you may get yourself stranded and need help, also perfect for the 4th of July, New Year’s or backup emergency use in your bug out bag.
