Includes shoulder strap, and the often missing pistol lanyard (the lanyard is typically attached to the pistol, and then looped through the shoulder strap. These holster also have a provision, where the shoulder strap can be removed and thread through your waist belt. Main compartment also has storage for 5 each, 26.5mm flares, there is also a side pocket with storage for 5 additional flares. Note flare gun NOT included, show for illustrative purposes only.
