Right here, on our website we sell military surplus 26.5mm flares (U.S sales only).You can also use a sub caliber 12 gauge insert and purchase 12 gauge flares at most marine outlets
The Short Answer is No. FlareGunSales only offers the 12 gauge insert to fire 12" flares. Other sub caliber inserts are available, but not sold on our site. Be sure to check your country, county and local laws.
Since there are moving parts that can wear out yes you could need to replace them. Most military flare pistols are rated for over 1500 firing. We will be adding the common replacement parts for most models to the website soon. If you need a part prior, please send us a message.
